How does the referral program work?

The COKAOBE Brand Referral Program rewards registered members for inviting friends or family to purchase COKAOBE products through a dedicated process.

  1. Get Your Link: After you submit your information via our online form, we will generate a unique Amazon Attribution tracking link for you. This link will be sent to your registered email within 3-5 business days.
  2. Share with Friends: Share your exclusive link with your friends, family, or followers.
  3. Earn Rewards: You will earn a commission for each qualified order made through your unique link. (The order on Amazon without requesting a refund within 30 days of shipment)

Who can participate in the program?

The program is open to individuals who meet the following conditions:

  1. You must be registered on our COKAOBE advocate portal with a valid email address.
  2. You must agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Self-referral is prohibited. Using the same email, IP address, or household to refer yourself will invalidate the referral.

How is a referral confirmed as successful?

For a referral to be confirmed and eligible for a reward, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The referred customer must complete their purchase on Amazon using your exclusive Amazon Attribution tracking link.
  2. The order must be verified as valid and complete (e.g., not canceled or returned in accordance with Amazon's policy).
  3. You must not share your link on coupon websites, through paid advertising, or in any way that violates Amazon's terms of service.

What rewards are available through referrals?

  1. You will earn 10% commission for each successful referral order. To inquire about the current reward amount, you must contact us via the official program support email.
  2. The commission is calculated on the net product sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees) and is paid only on items that are not refunded within 30 days.
  3. Each referred friend must use a unique referral link. If a friend receives multiple links, the reward is assigned to the referrer associated with the used link.

How can I check my rewards and when are they paid?

  1. To check your reward status or amount, you must contact our support team via the designated program email. We do not currently offer a public-facing rewards dashboard.
  2. We will review and confirm eligible orders. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
  3. Approved rewards will be processed and paid via PayPal within 30 days after the end of the month in which the order was confirmed.

How can I withdraw my rewards?

  1. By contacting our support team via email, your reward will be transferred to your PayPal account within 5-14 business days after your withdrawal request.

Is cross-border sharing of referral links supported?

  1. Referral links are valid only within the US and cannot be used for cross-border referrals.

Termination and Charges

  1. Program Modifications: COKAOBE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any participant's involvement at its sole discretion.
  2. Fraud Prevention: Any activity deemed fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms or Amazon's policies will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
  3. Link Validity: Your referral link is generated for use with Amazon.com and is subject to Amazon Attribution's tracking validity window.
